Refunds & Returns

All CA Studios pieces are made to order. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Returns
 • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
 • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
 • Custom or personalised items are non-returnable, unless damaged or faulty
 • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
 • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Order Changes

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Damage Protection (2 Years)

All CA Studios prints are covered by 2 years of damage protection from the date of delivery.

This covers manufacturing defects and damage that affects the integrity or display of the artwork under normal residential use.

Damage protection does not cover:
 • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper installation
 • Natural wear, environmental exposure, or water damage
 • Damage caused by third-party framing or handling

If an issue arises, contact info@castudios.co with your order number and clear photos. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Transit Damage

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Items must not be hung or installed before photos are taken.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a repair or replacement where appropriate.
